苯并大环四酰胺钠铁的高效液相色谱法测定

摘要 目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定苯并大环四酰胺钠铁的纯度。方法:用shimadzuODS150mm×4.6mm5um柱,流动相为甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸氢二钾缓冲液(40:60),流速1mL/min,柱温为室温,检测波长220nm。结果:苯并大环四酰胺在0.001mg/mL~0.02mg/mL范围成线性(R2=0.9995,n=5),苯并大环四酰胺钠铁和苯并大环四酰胺的分离度达到2.9,定性检测限为0.001mg/mL,定量检测限为0.0005mg/mL。结论:本方法具有分离效果好,操作简便,重现性好、准确度高等优点。 Objective:This HPLC method is to determinate the purity of benzo-macrocyclotetraamide NaFe. Methods:The shimadzu ODS(150mm×4.6mm 5um)column was used at room temperature, the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0.05mol/L dipotassium hydrogen phosphate(40:60) with the flow rate at 1.0mL/min and the wavelength was at 220nm. Results:The linear of benzo-macrocyclotetraamide was good on the range of 0.00 1 mg/ml-02mg/mL(R2=0.9995,n=5). The LOQ is 0.0005mg/mL and the LOD is 0.001 mg/mL Conclusion:The method is reproducible, linear, accurate and sensitive to detect purity of benzo-macrocyclotetraamide NaFe.
