摘要
项目风险包括内部风险(技术、材料和设备性能、质量风险;管理风险;组织风险)和外部风险(政治风险;法律风险;经济风险;自然灾害)。通过风险识别、风险分析、风险应对措施的制定、风险控制监测与控制这四个方面对项目进行全过程的、动态的和全员的系统管理,同时注重项目风险管理经验的积累和总结,项目风险是可以得到管理,并可把风险降到最低的水平的。
Project risks include internal risks （i.e. technology, performance of equipment and materials, quality risks, management risks and organizing risks） and external risks （ i.e. political risks, juristic risks, economic risks and nature calamity）. By risk identification, risk analysis, risk cotrol measures, risk supervision and control, dynamic and systematic management concerned with all personnel can be performed to projects through out the whole process,meanwhile importance is attached to experience accumulation and summarization,so that project risks management can be realized and risks are minimized.
