摘要 工况恶劣、选材不当、生产负荷偏大、制造质量不佳和结构不合理是造成二段蒸发加热器发生腐蚀的主要原因。通过改进材质、选择合理的结构、严控制作质量和操作工艺指标,二段蒸发加热器经3年多的运行,未出现明显的腐蚀现象,预计使用寿命在5年以上。 Mal-conditions, unsuitable material chosen, too heavy production load, inferior quality of manufacture and irrational structure are the main causes for corrosion to occur in the secondary evaporator-heater, By improvement on material quality, selection of rational structure, and tight control of quality of manufacture and process indicators in operation, the secondary evaporator-heater has been in operation for three years without any obvious signs of corrosion, and its service life is expected to be more than five years.
