摘要
利用DPPH*自由基法对湿生扁蕾的乙醇提取物及各部分的抗氧化活性进行了测定。结果表明湿生扁蕾的乙醇提取物及各部分均具有一定的抗氧化活性,且正丁醇部分的活性最强,当浓度为0.2mg/mL时,DPPH*的清除率与10^-4M的维生素E的相当。
The anfioxidant activity of the ethanol extract and fractions of Gentianopsis paladosa Was determined by using DPPH radical scavenging method. The results showed that the ethanol extract and fractions of Gentianopsis paludosa had antioxidant activity, and the activity of the n-BuOH fraction was the strongest. The DPPH* scavenging radio of the n-BuOH fraction was compared to 10.4 M of a-tocophem when at 0.2 mg/mL.
