摘要
通过对梨果仙人掌红花品系的小鼠急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验研究,梨果仙人掌红花品系雌、雄小鼠LD50均大于170.0g/kgBw,属无毒物质;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验结果均为阴性。因此在本次实验条件下,梨果仙人掌红花品系为无毒物质,未显示有遗传毒性作用。
This paper studies the toxicity of Opuntia Ficus-indica Mill. Acute toxicity test of mice, micronucleus test of bone marrow PCE cell in mice, and sperm shape abnormality test of mice has been done. Opuntia Ficus-indica Mill was a substance with no toxicity according to the acutc toxicity(LD50〉 170.0 g/kg). Opuntia Ficus-indica Mill was a substanee with no toxicityand had no genetic toxicity in this test.
