摘要
本文研究了以金盏菊提取物为原料，通过皂化反应将其中叶黄素酯类衍生物转化为游离态叶黄素的皂化工艺。考察了溶剂类型、KOH浓度、反应时间、反应温度和KOH溶液加入量对衍生效果的影响。
The technics of saponification from lutein esters in marigold flowers to free lutein was studied in this paper. The effect of solvent variety, KOH concentration, reaction time and reaction temperature on the deriving were researched.
