论新世纪的中医学发展

The Ptospect of TCM in the New Century

作者讨论了新世纪中医学发展工作，认为首先须遵从一些基本前提：包括把握世界医学发展总体趋势，兼顾中国传统文化走向，考虑中医学及中国医疗卫生事业的特点等。今后很长一段时间，将是中西医并存之格局，发展中医应分层面深化，对观念、方法、理论、技术、经验、方药等分别采用不同的发展战略，并指出了现阶段中医研究和发展的重点突破之处。

AbstractThe author discussesWe the development direction ofTCMinthe new century. He considers that some essen-tial prerequisite should be observed at first,which is tomaster not only the general trend of medicine in thevvorld but also the development direction of traditionalchinese culture and the distinguishing feature ofmedicine in Chinese incl uding TCM. Mordern medicineand TCM will exist simuItaneously in a long period.Weshould deepen TCM research and adoot different strate-gy in different levels of TCM such as the idea,themethod,the theory,the technology,the experience,the prescription,the Chinese herb and etc. At last, the au-thor points out the important breakthrough points ofTCM research at the present stage.
