介绍了某厂粗镉真空蒸馏工艺生产精镉的生产情况,分析了置换法生产的蒸馏镉杂质超标的原因。通过向真空蒸馏炉直接进液体料,大大提高了产能。
The situation of production of cadmium by vacuum distillation from copper-cadmium slags was introduced. The reason that the inpurity content in the distilled cadmium produced by the process was beyond the set standard was analyzed. The production capacity of cadmium was greatly improved by directly supplying melt cadmium to the vacuum retort furnace.
