摘要
介绍了工业生产金属镁的方法———熔盐电解法和热还原法;讨论了熔盐电解法存在的MgC l2.6H2O脱水问题、金属镁的纯度问题及安全问题,皮江法存在的能耗及环保问题;概述了金属镁在热还原、熔盐电解及电解MgO方面的新进展;提出了在电解槽中直接电解得到A l-Mg母合金的方案。
The fused salt electrolysis process and ferrosilicon thermal reduction process for the production of magnesium were briefly introduced. Discussions were made on the problems of dehydration of MgCl2 · 6H2O, impurity in metal magnesium and safety in electrolysis production of magnesium and the problems of energy consumption and environmental protection in pidgion process. Advances in the development of magnesium productions by electrolysis. Pidgion process and direct electrolysis of MgO were summarized. A plan for producing of Al-Mg master alloy by direct electrolysis of MgO in cell was put forward.
