低钾型周期性瘫痪与肌酶及红细胞内钾的关系 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】探讨低钾型周期性瘫痪与血清肌酶及红细胞内钾的关系。【方法】分析36例低钾型周期性瘫痪病人的临床资料,并对该组病人和30例健康对照者血清钾、血清肌酶、红细胞内钾进行检测及比较分析。【结果】36例中,血清钾均低于正常,肌酸激酶(CK)升高25例,与对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01);天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)升高18例,与对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01);红细胞内钾降低29例,与对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。【结论】低钾型周期性瘫痪伴有血清肌酶升高及红细胞内钾的降低。 [Objective] To investigate the relationship between hypokalemic periodic paralysis and myozyme, potassium in erythrocyte. [Methods]Potassium in serum and change of myozyme, potassium in erythrocyte in 36 patients with hypokalemic periodic paralysis and in 30 healthy control's were detected and analyzed. [Results]The potassium content in serum of 36 patients and in erythrocyte of 29 patients were lower than that of healthy control, creatine kinase (CK) tients were higher than those of healthy controls. of 25 patients and aspartic transaminase(AST) of 18 paThe potassium contents in erythrocyte of simplex periodic paralysis group were significantly lower than those of controls ( P 〈0.01),CK and AST of periodic paralysis group were significantly higher than those of controls ( P 〈0.01). [Conclusion]Hypokalemic periodic paralysis could increase the myozyme and lower potassium content in erythrocyte.
