改良羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术的临床疗效

Clinical Survey of Improved Hydroxyapatite Orbital Implantation

【目的】观察改良羟基磷灰石义眼台（简称HA义眼台）植入术的临床疗效。【方法】将75例患内容剜除后．将HA义眼台植入巩膜壳后的肌圆锥内，巩膜壳呈双层帽状覆盖于义眼台前方。【结果】术后2例球结膜裂开，2周后自行愈合。随访1～4年，无义眼台脱出，无球结膜裂开，无睑下垂，义眼片活动度良好，外形满意。【结论】改良HA义眼台植入术并发症少，效果满意。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effects of improved orbital.implantation with hydroxyapatite spheres. [Methods]After 75 eyeballs eviscerations, the hydroxyapatite sphere was implanted into muscular pyramid, the frontal part was covered by autograft of bilaminar sclera. [Results]After operations , conjunctiva split appeared in two cases-and cured itself after 2 weeks . All cases were followed up for 1-4 years,there was no case with hydroxyapatite implants exposure and conjunctival split and ptosis. The cosmetic appearance and the pseudo-ophthalmic mobility were fine. [Conclusion]The improved hydroxyapatite orbital implantation is a good method with satisfied effect and less complication.
