高氯酸镁催化不对称Diels-Alder反应 被引量:1

摘要 以手性2-噁唑啉酮为手性源合成了亲双烯体,在高氯酸镁为Lew is酸催化剂的条件下,对(4S)-3-丙烯酰基-4-苄基-2-噁唑啉酮和环戊二烯的不对称D iels-A lder反应进行了初步的研究.结果表明,高氯酸镁催化体系有较好的化学催化性能和一定的立体选择能力,主产物构型为endo,主产物光学纯度可达58%. It was reported the study of asymmetric Diels-Alder reaction of chiral acrytamides wire cyclopentadiene in the presence of Mg(ClO4)2. The investigation showed that moderate diastereoselective and enantioselective carbon Diels-Alder reactions could be achieved in the presence of Mg( ClO4)2, under the reaction conditions, endo-adduct was obtained as the major product, and the ee of major product was up to 58%.
