超强筋春小麦津强3号的选育

摘要 介绍了强筋春小麦新品种津强3号的选育经过及栽培要点,津强3号品质优良:蛋白质18%,湿面筋36.4%,吸水率64.6%,稳定时间16.2min,拉伸面积188cm2,优于国家一级强筋小麦标准。经区试和两年生产示范,平均产量4500kg/hm2,最高可达6000kg/hm2。 The breeding procedure of new strong gluten wheat variety Jinqiang 3 and key cultivating technique was introduced. The protein content and wet gluten is 18% and 36.4% respectively, the absorption rate is 64.6%, the stable time is 16.2 min and extensograph area is 188 cm^2. Quality of this variety is better than the first grade of strong gluten wheat nation standard. By area test and two years" production demonstration, it is proved that Jinqiang 3 is an excellent variety with high quality and yield. The average yield is 4 500 kg/hm^2 and the highest yield reached to 6 000 kg/hm^2.
