摘要
研究了液态无水氢氟酸中N-三丁胺的氟化制备全氟三丁胺。试验用电解槽型号Simons,材质为碳钢,容积0.66L,电解电流密度恒定为0.03А/cm2,电解槽中N-三丁胺的质量分数为5%~10%。生成的粗品精馏分离出的目的产品纯度为98.0%~99.5%,从电解气中还可分离出2个有用产品全氟丁烷和八氟丙烷。
Perfluoro tributylamine is prepared from n-tributylamine in liquid anhydrous hydrofluoric acid. Electrolytic bath model is Simons, material is carbon steel, cubage is 0.66 L, constant electrolys current density is 0.03 a/cm2, mass fraction of n-tributyamine in the electrolytic bath is 5%~10%. Desired product is separated from the resulting raw rectifications in 98.0~99.5% in purity to get two useful products perfluorobutane and perfluoropropane.
