摘要
介绍了三唑磷合成反应机理与合成工艺。根据实际的三唑磷连续生产工艺,选用SUPCONJX-300X集散控制系统,实现了三唑磷连续合成过程的计算机控制。实际运行表明,三唑磷得率提高1%,有效成分含量提高1%,达到了预期效果,生产经济效益显著。
Reaction mechanism of triazophos synthesis reaction and its synthesis methods are introduced. Based on the practically continuous production process of triazophos, SUPCON JX-300X distributed control system is selected to realize computer control in the triazophos continuous synthesis process. Practical operation shows that the yield of triazophos is raised by 1%, vivid ingredients are raised by 1%.
