反应釜蒸汽内盘管变形问题的分析及改造措施 被引量:2

摘要 对内部安装有蒸汽加热盘管且为间断式工作的反应釜蒸汽加热盘管变形的原因进行了探讨。介绍了一种利用热力管道的固定支架和导向支架原理防止反应釜内盘管应力变形的改造方案:反应釜下部盘管作固定端,上部盘管作移动端,固定盘管的槽钢变形时可向上自由移动;在蒸汽盘管直段上部加装U型弯管以增加盘管弹性和柔性,减少了盘管受热时因膨胀而产生的热应力;将盘管支架由角钢改用加厚的槽钢,增加了盘管支架的强度和总体的刚性,提高了整体的抗变形能力。改造后,取得了较满意的效果。 Reasons for the reactor steam heat coil distortion are analyzed. An innovation scheme that uses the fixed bracket and guide bracket of the thermal pipe lines to prevent the coil stress distortion in the reactor:The coil on the reactor lower end is used as the fixed end, the upper coil is used as the moving end and can move freely upward when the trough steel is distorted;U type elbow is added to the vertical steam coil to increase elasticity and flexibility and reduce heat stress caused by expansion of heated coil.That the coil bracket is changed from angle iron to thickened trough steel can increase intension of the coil bracket and the general rigidity and improve its distortion-resistant ability. After the innovation, good results are gained.
