摘要
介绍了整流装置的功率因数的特点,分析了导通角的控制方法。探讨了通过对导通角的控制来提高离子膜整流装置功率因数的方法。根据系统电压的变化及时调整整流变压器的档位,当控制导通角135~140°时,可以将整流变压器的功率因数控制在0.91~0.94。此方法无需投入资金或进行设备改造,即可取得较好的经济效益。
Power factor characteristics of the rectifier is introduced,and control methods for the conduction angles are analyzed. Methods are explored to improve power factors of ion membrane of the rectifying device through control of the conduction angles.When the conduction angles are controued at 135~140°,power factors of the rectifying transformer can be controlled in the rage of 0.91~0.94. This innovation does not need the investment of funds, nor device modification and can provide better economy benefit.
