六氯丙烷产品各组分含量的气相色谱测定

摘要 采用气相色谱双内标法定量,测定六氯丙烷粗产品中偏氯乙烯、乙腈、四氯化碳和六氯丙烷的含量。对分离条件、内标物选择进行了试验和讨论。试验结果表明,偏氯乙烯、乙腈、四氯化碳和六氯丙烷分别在5~50,10~150,15~550和10~250mg之间有较好的线性,相关系数为0.9971~0.9997,回收率为98.0%~100.8%,方法相对标准偏差偏氯乙烯为3.23%外,其他在0.42%~0.65%之间,能满足生产中质量控制和产品出厂分析的需要。 Contents of vinylidene chloride, acetonitrile, carbon tetrachloride and hexachloropropane in the raw hexachloropropane are determined by gas chromatography. Tests and discussion are held on the separation conditions and contents. Experiments results show that when vinylidene chloride, acetonitrile, carbon tetrachloride and hexachloropropane are at 5~50, 10~150, 15~550 and 10~250 mg, respectively, there is a good linearity, correlation coefficient is 0.997 1~0.999 7, recovery is 98.0%~100.8%. Standard deviation is 3.23% for vinylidene chloride, while the others are among 0.42%~0.65%, which can meet the requirements of quality control and product ex-factory analysis.
