中学生心理健康水平与认知灵活性关系研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究中学生心理健康与认知灵活性的关系。方法:采用中学生心理健康诊断测验与Wisconsin卡片分类测验对中学生进行测验。结果:中学生的心理健康综合水平还好,但学习焦虑较严重。心理健康水平与认知灵活性存在相关,并且有些项目达到了显著性水平。结论:中学生心理健康状况与其认知灵活性之间存在一定关系。 Objective: To study the relationship between mental health and cognitive flexibility of middle school students. Methods: we used the questionnaire of mental health diagnoses and the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test. Results: ①The studying anxiety of the middle school students is serious. ② The level of mental health has relation to Cognitive Flexibility, in some item it reaches outstanding level.
