变应性皮炎患者血清中可溶性E-选择素及总IgE检测

Study on Serum Soluble E-Selectin and Total IgE in Patients with Atopic Dermatitis

目的探讨变应性皮炎血清标志物间的相互关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测了20例变应性皮炎、18例荨麻疹患者及20例正常人对照血清中可溶性E-选择素,同时应用不同方法测定了其血清总免疫球蛋白E及嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白。结果变应性皮炎患者血清中可溶性E-选择素及总免疫球蛋白E水平非常显著高于对照组(P<0.001),且可溶性E-选择素与总免疫球蛋白E间具有显著相关性(γ=0.068,P=0.003);变应性皮炎患者血清中嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白也有升高。上述血清标志物水平在治疗后降低。结论可溶性E-选择素可能是变应性皮炎严重性及活动性的良好标志物。

Objective To explore the mutual relationships of the serum markers in patients with atopic dermatitis （AD）. Methods The serum soluble E-selectin （sE-selectin） from 20 AD, 18 urticaria and 20 normal individuals were detected by ELISA. Serum total IgE（tIgE） and eosinophil cationic protein（ECP） were assayed with the Pharmacia CAP system. Results The levels of sE-selectin and tIgE in AD were higher than in normal control group（P〈0. 001）. A significant correlation between serum sE-selectin and tIgE was observed among participants（γ=0. 688, P=0. 003）. The serum levels of ECP were also elevated in patients with AD. Conclusion sE-selectin may be a good marker for the judgement of severity and activity of AD.
