低氧诱导因子与肝脏低氧的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 肝脏的许多病理及生理状态下均可能出现低氧,低氧诱导低氧诱导因子的表达,低氧诱导因子在低氧时发挥转录调控的作用,调节血管内皮生长因子及能量代谢酶表达,增加缺氧组织及器官血流量,以及糖酵解水平,增加对低氧的耐受;另一方面低氧诱导因子可能通过p53途径增加缺氧组织器官的细胞凋亡,造成对机体的损害,这些机制在肝脏许多疾病的发生及发展中均发挥着重要的作用。进一步明确低氧诱导因子的作用及机制,将对这些疾病的防控有重要的意义。
