优质早籼不育系“99A”的选育及其配组优势表现

Breeding and Combining Predominance of Good Quality Early Indica Male Sterile Line "99A"

用“1504”(赣早籼49号)作母本,“IR58025B”作父本进行杂交,在F2代中选择优良早熟单株与野败型不育系“G4A”进行测交并回交,经10代回交转育,育成了优质籼型不育系“99A”。2006年3月通过了江西省农作物品种审定委员会审定。“99A”不育性稳定,不育率高,农艺性状、异交结实率、稻米品质、抗性和配合力等方面都达到了实用不育系的要求。

Early maturing single plants selected from F2 generation of ＂ 1504＂ （Ganzaoxian 49 ） × ＂IR58025B＂ were testcmssed and backcmssed with wild -abortive type male sterile line ＂CAA＂. Through 10 generations backcmss, good indica male sterile line ＂99A＂ was bred. It passed Jiangxi Crops Identification Committee. ＂99A＂ has stable infertility, high sterile rate. The agronomic characters, outcross rate, rice quality, resistance and combining ability of ＂99A＂ reached the level of the practical male sterile line.
