The effect of laminarin on SOD and MDA in irritated mice brain tissues

摘要 目的探讨海带多糖在应激状态下对小鼠脑组织脂质过氧化物反应的影响。方法随机将40只小鼠分为正常组、对照组、低剂量给药组和高剂量给药组,皮下注射肾上腺素和耐力游泳制造应激模型后,取小鼠脑组织测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)。结果不同剂量的海带多糖均能降低MDA的含量(P<0.05),并能增加SOD的活性(P<0.05)。结论海带多糖具有抗脂质过氧化保护脑组织的作用。 Objective To outline the clinical outcomes of laminarin affecting the lipid peroxides in mice tissues in the irritable state. Methods Forty mice were randomized to a normal group, a control group, a low dosage group and a high dosage group. The mice irritated models were obtained by subcutaneous injection with adrenalin and conducting endurance swimming test in mice, then superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the mice brain tissues were measured. Results Decreased MDA levels were found in different dosage of laminarin groups ( P 〈0.05), and an increased SOD activity were obtained ( P 〈0.05).Conclusion Laminarin has antilipid peroxidation which is effective in protecting the brain tissues.
