摘要
分析了国有企业人力资源开发与管理存在的不足,提出了深化国有企业人力资源开发与管理的新对策。即在思想认识上要有新提高,在管理机制上要有新举措,在资源配置上要有新成效。
Through analyzing the deficiency of human resource development and its management in the state-owned enterprises, this paper provides new countermeasures. Namely, ideas should be refreshingly improved, new measures should be taken in management mechanism, and new achievements ought to be made in source allocation.
