摘要
以市场集中度、企业规模、产权性质和开放程度作为影响因素,对我国变频空调技术的扩散情况进行实证分析,结果显示企业规模和市场集中度与变频空调的销量相关性不强;产权制度、出口量与扩散负相关;适度增加房地产销售的增速,调节相关政策对变频空调的扩散有促进作用。
By taking such in fluential factors as concentration rate of market, enterprise size, property rights and openness, this paper empirically analyzes the spread of inverter air-conditioner technology in our country and then reveals that enterprise size and concentration rate of market do not have significant correlation with selling quantity of inverter air-conditioner; property rights system and export quantity have negative correlation with spread; and it helps the spread of inverter air-conditioner to accelerate real estate sales steadily and adjust relevant policies.
