西部地区农村实施科技培训的思考

On Practicing Science and Technology Training in Rural Areas of West China

认为农民科技素质不高是造成西部地区农村贫穷落后的重要原因之一,加强西部地区农村科技教育工作,努力提高西部农民的科技文化素质,是西部农村社会经济发展的必然要求。文章探讨了西部地区农村科技培训的内容、途径和方法,并为保障培训工作顺利开展及提高培训实效提出了建议。

It is believed, in this paper, that the peasants＇ little command of science and technology knowledge is one of the important factors that underlie the impoverished underdeveloped West China. To improve the peasants＇ knowledge of science and technology is necessary for the development of society and economy in this area. By introducing the approaches, contents and methods of science and technology training in western rural areas, this paper presents the advice to guarantee a smooth implementation of science and technology training and an improvement of training effects.
