摘要
当前大学生的体质与心理健康水平不容乐观。树立健康第一的思想,帮助提高学生的体质与心理健康水平是高校体育的终极目标之一。高校开设体适能课,有利于体育教育目标的实现。探讨了体适能课的教学内容设置、教学模式改革及教学效果评价方法。
At present, college students' physiques and psychological health seem to be worried. It is the ultimate goal of physical education for colleges and universities to help students to have the idea of "Health is the priority" and develop college students' physiques and psychological health. So, to offer fitness class in colleges and universities can be helpful to realize the goal of physical education.
