论高校引智工作在经济建设中的作用

The Role of Attracting Talents in Economic Construction

随着中国与世界联系的日益密切,教育全球化的特征日益明显,我国出现了人才竞争与流失现象并存的局面,这就特别需要我们提高对高校引智工作的认识。改革开放以来,我们在这项工作上已经取得了不小的成绩,但是还存在许多问题。本文通过对我国高校引智工作的现状、存在问题的分析,说明了引智工作在经济建设中的作用。

As China is more closely linked with the rest of world and its education intemationalized, competition for talents and brain drain are occurring in the meantime. This calls for the increased awareness of attracting foreign experts. Since reform and open-door policy was implemented in China, it has made great achievements in this aspect although there is much to be desired. It concerns the present condition, problems as well as the role in economic construction with regard to drawing talented personnel.
