摘要
以红叶石楠“红罗宾”、红叶石楠“鲁班”与紫叶石楠3个品种的盆栽苗为试材,采用人工控水的方法,研究了上述3个观赏品种在干旱胁迫下的形态与生理指标的变化。结果表明:随着土壤含水量的降低,3个品种的外部形态均发生变化,叶片相对电导率和脯氨酸含量增加,叶片相对含水量降低,且各指标变化幅度因树种的不同而不同。综合这些指标并进行分析,得出3个品种的耐旱能力依次为:紫叶石楠,红叶石楠“鲁班”,红叶石楠“红罗宾”。
Experiment was conducted with Photinia glabra "Rubens",Photinia ×fraseri" Red robin" and Photinia glabra "Purple" under soil drought stress in pots. The effects of soil drought stress on modality characteristic and physiological characteristic were studied . The results were as follows: when the soil water content was reduced, the modality characteristic was changed, cell membrane permeation and praline content (Pro) increased, the relative water content of leaves decreased under stress. The result also showed that the range of different seedlings was not same. Through comprehensive analysis of these indexes of 3 seedlings ,it was concluded that the drought resistant ability of these three species decreased in order of Photinia glabra "Purple", Photinia glabra "Rubens" and Photinia ×fraseri" Red robin".
