党的领导方式和党的执政方式是两个既相区别又有联系的概念。党的领导方式强调的是对社会特别是对人民群众的领导,党的执政方式主要指的是党政关系或党政运作机制。改革和完善党的领导方式,必须建立良性互动的合作型的党群关系,形成良性互动的党政运作机制。

Two Concepts of the modes of the Chinese Communist Party＇s leadership and the Party Power-in-office are the modes both interaction and distinction. The mode of the Party＇s leadership stresses the leading role for the society and the people in particular. The mode of the Party＇s power-in-office means chiefly the relation between the Party and Government or the working scheme mechanism between the Party and Administration. To improve and perfect the mode of the leadership of the Party is to set up good interaction relation of co-operation between the Party and the people and to become food interactive and working scheme mechanism between the Party and the Government.
