摘要
目的用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法对新疆地产侧柏叶挥发油成分进行分析。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法从侧柏叶中提取挥发油,用GC-MS法对挥发油成分进行鉴别,采用归一化法确定其相对含量。结果共鉴定了33个成分,占挥发油总量的93.87%。结论为新疆产侧柏的开发利用提供依据。
Objective The chemical constituents of the essential oil from Cacumen Platycladi in Xinjiang were analyzed by GC-MS. Methods The essential oil was extracted from Acumen Platycladi by steam distillation, the components analyzed with the different kinds of capillary columns ,the optimum separated and analytical conditions were researched ,the amount of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization method. The separated components were identified by GC-MS. Results 33 components composed of about 93.87% of the total the essential oil were separated and identified. Conclusion It can provide a basis for exploitation and utilization of Cacumen Platycladi in Xinjiang.
