高效液相色谱法测定骨宝昕肾片中染料木素的含量

Determination of the Genistein in the Gubaoxinshen Tablets by HPLC

目的 用高效液相色谱法测定骨宝昕肾片中染料木素的含量。方法 采用Zoobax C18（4．6mm×250mm）色谱柱，乙腈．水（V：V=30：70）为流动相，检测波长270nm，柱温40℃，流速1．0ml／min。结果 线性范围0.001 752～0．019 272μg．线性关系良好，回归方程为Y=4866020．692X-20．276，相关系数r=0．9999，平均回收率为98.89％，RSD为0．91％。结论 该法适合测定骨宝昕肾片中染料木素的含量。

Objective To determine the content of the genistein in the Gubaoxinshen Tablets by HPLC. Methods The Zoobax C18 Column（4.6 mm ×250 mm）was used,the methyl cyanide -water（V： V =30： 70） mixture as the mobile phase,with the detection at 270 nm ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and column temperature was 40℃. Results The linear calibration curves were obtained in the concentration ranges of 0.001 752 - 0.019 272 μg. The regression equation was Y =4 866 020.692 X- 20.276, r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery was 98.89% ,and RSD was 0.91%. Conduslon This method was convenient,accurate and specified.
