MDIC implant supported single crown restoration

自１９８８年ＭＤＩＣ种植体及其系列上部结构问世以来，１—８年临床累计成功率达到国际先进水平。该文就单个种植体冠修复的理论基础、禁忌证与适应证、修复体要点及其修复过程作了系统研讨。此种修复体虽然难度大，但只要严格掌握适应证，术前设计严谨，手术操作严密，义齿制作过程精细。

Since 1988 a new implant system-MDIC with upper constructure system has been developed and a high accumulative successful rate from 1 to 8 years follow up has been achieved. The basic theory,indications, contraindications, design and technique process of the implant restoration were discussed in the pressent paper. The key points for successful application in clinic were emphasized.
