再论工程机械涂装之现状与发展方向——第八届北京国际工程机械展览与技术交流会观感

More discussion on the current status and devdopment trend of engineering machinery coating——Impressions on 8th BICES exhibition

国内工程机械涂装中普遍存在冲压、焊接、涂装工艺水平低,企业不重视工程机械产品的外观装饰性,而且缺乏专业涂装技术人才。针对以上3方面原因,提出了改进工程机械涂装质量的措施,同时引入汽车涂装管理模式。

Low level of pressing, welding and coating process was generally existed in engineering machinery coating in China. The enterprises did not attach importance to the surface decoration of engineering machinery and there was lack of the professional technicians. In view of the above three causes, the methods for quality improvement for engineering machinery coating were suggested, and the management model for automobile coating was recorded to engineering machiriery coating.
