摘要
采用中性红染料法,测定了五味子乙素对MDBK细胞的最大安全浓度,探讨了五味子乙素抗梅花鹿源BVDV病毒的作用。结果表明:五味子乙素对MDBK细胞无损伤的最大安全浓度是19.53μg/mL;五味子乙素具有显著抗梅花鹿源BVDV作用,且有一定的量效关系,在安全浓度范围内,随浓度的提高,五味子乙素抗病毒的作用增强。
Neutral red dyes method was adoped to determine the least safety concentration of Schisandrin B effect on MDBK cell,discussed the anti- BVDV effect of Schisandrin B. Result The least safety concentration of Schisandrin B effect on nondestructive MDBK cell is 19.53μg/mL. It was found that Schisandrin B showed remarkable effect on anti- BVDV and had Dose - effect Relationship. In the range of the safety concentration antiviral effect became heighten with the concentration of Schisandrin B increasing.
