人参、西洋参部分种质资源的单体人参皂苷测定分析 被引量:6

摘要 应用高效液相色谱法测定了样品的7种人参根部单体皂苷。结果表明,红果人参和黄果人参所含的7种人参单体皂苷总量比橙色系列果实的人参高,其中红果人参7个单体皂苷的总和为20.03g/kg,黄果人参为17.18g/kg,它们的Rg1含量也呈相同趋势。在以根部形态特征为分类依据的人参品种、类型中,大马牙类型的Rg1含量最高,而西洋参Rg1则远低于人参各品种、类型。人参×西洋参杂交1代的Rg1含量与人参各类型相近,Rb1的含量也更接近人参。 The result of this research indicate that the gross content of seven kinds of monomer ginsenosides from red fruit ginseng and yellow fruit ginseng was higher than that of orange fruit ginseng. The total amount of seven kinds of ginsenoside from red fruit ginseng was 20.03g/kg and orange fruit ginseng was 17.18g/kg, in addition, comparing their Rg1 content get a same result. Among ginseng types separated by root shape character, big horse teeth typehas the highest Rg1 content,but the Rg1 content of American ginseng determined at the same time is far lower than cultivars or types of ginseng.
