葛根素联合参脉注射液对缺血性心肌病患者心功能及血液流变学的影响

EFFECTS OF PUERARIN INJECTION AND SHENMAI INJECTION ON CARDIAC FUNCTION AND HEMORHEOLOGY IN ISCHEMIC CARDIOMYOPATHY

目的:葛根素联合参脉注射液对缺血性心肌病患者心脏功能及血液流变学的影响。方法:选择缺血性心肌病2￣4级心功患者145例。常规西医治疗34例(对照组),在常规西医治疗基础上加葛根素36例(葛根素组),西医治疗基础上加参脉注射液31例(参脉组),西医治疗基础上加葛根素及参脉注射液44例(联合组)。结果:①四组总有效率分别是62.86%、74.23%、76.57%、88.59%,(P<0.05)。②治疗后与对照组比较,葛根素组血液流变学变化有显著性差异(P<0.05);参脉组各种心功能指标有显著性差异(P<0.05);联合组心功能和血液流变学变化均有显著性差异(均P<0.01)。结论:葛根素联合参脉注射液能迅速提高心脏功能,改善血液流变性,消除临床症状,可广泛用于治疗缺血性心肌病心功能不全患者。

Objective：To investigate clinical effects of Puerarin injection and Shenmai injection on cardiac function and hemorheology in ischemic cardiomyopathy. Methods ：145 cases of ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with cardiac functional capacity from class 2 to 4 were divided into four groups：34 cases treated by conventional western medicine （control group）,36 cases treated by conventional western medicine plus Puerarin injection （Puerarin group）,31 cases treat by conventional western medicine plus Shenmai injection （Shenmai group）,44 cases treated by conventional western medicine plus Puerarin injection and Shenmai injection （combination group）. Results： ①The gross effective rate of the eontral group,the Puerarin group, the Shenmai group and combination group were 62.86%, 74.23%, 76.57% and 88.59%, respectively. Compared with control group, the other three groups were all statistically significant （P〈0.05）. ②Compared with the control group, there was significance in hemorheology in the Puerarin group （P〈0.05）; there was significance in all markers of cardiac function in the Shenmai group （P〈0.05）; and there was significance in hemorheology and cardiac function in combination group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, Puerarin the injection plus Shenmai injection can promptly increase cardiac function, improve hemorheology and eliminate clinical symptoms. This treatment can be extensively used to treat cardiac insufficiency of isehemic cardiomyopathy patients.
