摘要
目的:分析口腔正畸患者错牙合畸形类型及年龄构成。方法:对1994年至2005年在泸州医学院附属口腔医院正畸科矫治的2355例口腔错牙合畸形患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按Angle分类法统计错牙合畸形类型及年龄构成。结果:错牙合类型为AngleⅠ类39.11%、AngleⅡ类41.66%、AnglⅢ类18.39%、开牙合0.84%;年龄构成为10岁￣15岁76.94%、16岁￣20岁13.84%、21岁～25岁5.77%、26岁～30岁1.95%、30岁以上1.50%;男女构成比1∶1.80;1994年至1999年收治病例占27.43%、2000年至2005年收治病例占72.57%。结论:要求正畸治疗患者的错牙合类型以AngleⅠ类、AngleⅡ类最多,年龄构成以10岁￣15岁为主,正畸患者有明显上升趋势。
Objective：To analyze malocclusion types and age distribution of orthodontic patients.Methods： 2355 malocclusion patients from 1994-2005 were retrospectively studied,their malocclusion types by Angle classification and age distribution were statistically analyzed.Results：The malocclusion types were：Angle class Ⅰ 39.1 l%,class Ⅱ 41.66%,class Ⅲ 18.39% and openbite 0.84%,The age distribution was：10～15 years group 76.94%, 16～20group 13.84%,21～25group 5.77%,26～30group 1.95%,and over 30 groups 1.50%.Women patients were 1.8 times more than men patients.Of the total 2355 patients,27.43% were admitted for treatment during 1994- 1999,72.57% were during 2000-2005.Conclusion：The main maloccusion types are Angle class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ ,the main patients are 10～15 years old.The demands for orthodontic operation are increasing.
