人工颅骨印模成型在颅骨缺损修补后与对侧突凸度的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察3种人工颅骨材料采用印模成型在颅骨缺损修补术后与对侧突凸度是否对称、协调,从而验证人工颅骨印模成型的可靠性和优越性。方法:颅骨缺损修补术后3个月,在颅骨上划出头矢状弧(N-I),头冠状弧(T-V-T)作为标志,将参照区和修补区常规取模,用游标卡尺测出参照区和修补区的颅骨突凸度进行对比分析。结果:测量人工颅骨与对侧突凸度,热凝树脂优97.89%,良2%;钛网优56.67%,良43%;有机玻璃优95%,良5%。结论:印模成型不仅适应于任何可塑型人工颅骨材料的加工塑形,还适合于颅骨缺损修补后突凸度的客观评价。 Objective:To investigate the symmetry and harmony of the skull projects of artificial skull moulding moulage after skull defection repair by using three artificial materials and in comparison with the project of the opposite side of skull. So as to verify the reliability and superiority of artificial skull moulding moulage. Methods: After the skull having been repaired for 3 months, moulages both around the control area and around the repaired area were moulded by using sagittal line and coronal line of the skull as marks. Then the projects were measured by a vernier caliper and compared. Results: The outcomes of the symmetry and harmony of the skull projects of the moulages were measured.When hot-setting resin was used: excellent 97.89%, good 2%;when titanium net was used: excellent 56.67%, good 43%;when plexiglass was used: excellent 95%, good 5%. Conclusion: Moulage is suitable not only for skull moulding whatever plastic artificial skull materials are used, but also for the evaluation of skull projects after skull repair.
