摘要
目的:探讨皮肌炎合并恶性肿瘤的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析25例皮肌炎合并恶性肿瘤的临床特征。结果:患者年龄48￣72岁,平均62.5岁,18例表现为恶性红斑,8例并有皮肤坏死。患者血清肌酶均升高,程度与是否合并肿瘤无明显关系。结论:皮肌炎合并肿瘤,与皮肤坏死、年龄有一定相关性,血清肌酶升高与是否合并肿瘤无明显关系。恶性红斑提示预后不良。
Objective： To explore the clinical characteristics of dermatomysitis patients with malignant tumors. Methods：25 patients with dermatomyositis and malignant tumors were retrospectively analysed. Results：Among the 186 cases of dermatomyositis, 25 patients were associated with malignant tumors,with a mean age of 62.5 years. 18 patients presented malignant erythema and 8 patient presented epidermal necrosis.The muscular enzyme levels increased in all patients, but had no relation with tumor. Conclusion： Epidermal necrosis and age are somewhat correlated with dermatomyositis associated with malignant tumor, but elevation of muscular enzyme has no relation with tumor. Malignant erythema prompts a bad prognosis.
