摘要
采用苄基氯/一氯二乙基铝和苄基氯/氯化二异丁基铝复合催化剂在二甲苯溶液中制备了可溶性无凝胶的环化产物.通过凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)和示差扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了环化产物的分子量及其分子量分布和玻璃化转变温度.结果表明:当苄基氯/一氯二乙基铝和苄基氯/氯化二异丁基铝摩尔配比的增大时,环化产物的环化程度加大,大分子链由于分子内环化,导致分子链变短变粗;分子量(Mn)变小而分子量分布加宽;环化产物的玻璃化转变温度随两种催化剂摩尔配比的增大而增大.
The soluble eyelizated cis-1,4 polybutadiene with cationic composite catalyst, BzCl/Al ( I-Bu ) 2 Cl and BzCl/AlEt2Cl) in xylene was obtained without gel by - products. The molecular weight distribution and glass transition temperature of the cyclizated cis-1,4 polybutadiene were characterized by GPC and DSC, repectively. The results show that with the increasing of molar ratio of BzCl/Al (i-Bu)2 Cl and BzCl/AlEt2 Cl), the cyclization degree would increase, and the chain segment of cis-1,4 polybutadiene would become short and thick. As the Mn of the cyclizated cis-1 ,4 polybutadiene would decrease while the D would be broadened, the Tg of cyclizated cis-1,4 polybutadiene would increase correspondingly.
