The paper introduces relative resolutions of security technology, which are. based on the questions ot information security in the MIS （Management Information System）. Moreover, it illustrates the data encryption technology and access control technology which are applied in ＂Zhong Da Ji Shu Biao Zhuan Yan Jiu Management Information System＂. The fact the system is running stably shows the design resolution can solve the question of data security well.
