摘要 2004年2月10日~5月25日在云南热带作物职业学院试验地上研究了红凉伞种子的形态特征、千粒重、发芽率和发芽速,结果表明:红凉伞种子质量优良,具有较强的繁殖能力;阳坡、阴坡种子平均千粒重分别为116.28g、96.15g,差异极显著;不同种子状态、不同发芽床、不同贮藏方式对种子发芽有极显著影响,带内种皮种子发芽率最高(93.5%),发芽最快(10.25天);用河沙作发芽床,种子发芽率最高(77.5%),发芽最快(12天);5℃湿沙藏80天的发芽率最高(97%),发芽最快(11天)。在试验中还观察到红凉伞具有胎萌现象。 The morphological characteristics, 1 000-seed weight, germination rate and germinating speed of Ardisia crenata var. bicolor seed were studied at the experimental site of Yunnan Vocational College of Tropical Crops in Feb. 10, 2004 to May 25, 2005. The experimental results showed that the quality of Ardisia crenata var. bicolor seed was good and with high propagation ability, the 1 000-seed weight of seeds from sunny slope and shady slope were 116.28 g and 96.15 g respectively, the difference was very significant. The status of seed, seed germination bed, seed storage method had very significant effects on seed germination. The germination rate of seed with inner seed coat was very high as 93.5 %, and the germination speed was the fastest, 10. 25 d. Using the river sand as medium, high germination rate (77.5 % ) and fast germina tion (12 d) were achieved. Storing the seed with humid sand at 5℃ for 80 days got a high germination rate (97 % ) and fast germination (11d) . Besides, vivipary of this species was observed in experiment.
