Prospect of Wild Edible Mushrooms Industry and Suggestions for Industry Development in Yunnan

云南省野生食用菌种类多,资源丰富,近年来野生食用菌产业发展较快。在简要介绍云南省野生食用菌产业现状之后,从市场需求、资源状况、产品价格等方面阐述了该产业在云南发展的有利条件,并分析了云南在野生食用菌产业发展中存在的问题,据此提出了相关的发展建议。

Yunnan province is rich in the resources of wild edible mushrooms, and the development of wild edible mushroom industry was quite fast in the recent years. After analyzing the status quo of wild edible mushroom industry of Yunnan province, the advantages of industry development in Yunnan were described from several aspects such as the market requirement, resources status and product price, the problems in industry development were analyzed as well. Some suggestions for the wild edible mushroom industry development in Yunnan province were therefore proposed.
