摘要 依据生产经验及相关研究成果,提出生产过程中焊缝形态及金相检验评价标准及偏离标准的相关工艺调整、控制的方法。利用对焊缝的表面形态及宏观和微观分析,判断高频焊接工艺的合理性,并通过合理调整焊接工艺如开口角、焊接温度、焊接速度、焊接挤压力等4大工艺要素,改善焊管的焊接质量。生产中的使用证明,相关评价方法简单实用,适用于快速判断焊管质量。可利用该评价方法来指导焊管生产,确保焊管产品的质量。 Weld shape and evaluation criteria of metallographic examination, together with various adjustments and control methods for rectifying the criteria deviation in ERW pipe production, are proposed on the basis of production experience and relevant research fruits. Whether a welding process is reasonable or not can be judged through an- alyzing the weld shape in macro and micro ways. Weld seem quality can also be improved by adjusting the four welding process factors like the V-angle, welding temperature, welding velocity and welding extrusion force. The metallographic examination evaluation method has been proved simple and practical. It can not only be used to judge weld tube's quality quickly, but to supervise the weld tube production as well.
