微波消解—AAS法联合测定Mg质耐材中MgO CaO Al_2O_3的试验研究

摘要 通过微波消解条件的选择、共存成分的干扰与消除、测定波长的选择、基体干扰的讨论、准确度以及精密度试验等一系列试验研究,提出了以H3PO4作为溶样酸,应用微波消解技术,在密闭容器中高温高压消解试样,用AAS法(N2O-C2H2火焰)直接进行联合测定Mg质耐材中MgO,CaO,A l2O3的试验方法。该方法测定结果令人满意,是一条准确、快速分析测定Mg质耐材中MgO,CaO,A l2O3的新途径。 With a series of tests and researches, such as choice of conditions for microwave digestion, interference and elimination of coexisting compositions, choice of measurement wavelength, discussion of matrix interference,tests of accuracy and precision, etc. ,the following test methods are put forward: to take H3 PO4 as sample dissolvent acid, use microwave digestion technology, dissolve samples in an airtight container with high pressure at high temperature, and directly determine MgO, CaO and Al2O3 in magnesian refractory by the AAS method (N2O-C2H2 blaze ) with a satisfactory result. It blazes a new way to analyze and determine MgO, CaO and Al2O3 in magnesian refractory in an accurate and fast way.
