冶金辅料配料计算软件的开发

摘要 在冶金辅料生产和新产品开发工作中,涉及到大量的配料计算。以往使用计算器人工计算时,特别在控制指标项目和原材料组分较多情况下,存在中间数据多、计算时间长、累积误差大、出错率高的问题。为了把技术开发人员从这种繁杂的计算工作中解放出来,结合生产和科研两方面的要求,应用V isual Basic编程工具,开发了一套适用于冶金辅料配料计算的计算机软件,实现了快速、准确地配料计算。该软件的开发以及在实际工作中的应用,大大提高了技术开发人员配料计算工作的效率。 There is always a great deal of burden calculation in production of metallurgical auxiliary materials and development of new products. We used to do it by hand with a calculator. However, it brought us with a lot of problems, such as numerous intermediate data, long calculating time, many accumulative errors and high error rate. It was so especially when too many controlling indices and raw material components existed. In combination with requirements from both production and research, and for the purpose of freeing technicians from heavy calculation, the writer has developed a set of software which can make the burden calculation quicker and more accurate. This software' s development and application have greatly improved technicians' work efficiency in burden calculation.
