摘要
UP树脂低温建筑结构加固胶以UP树脂为主粘剂,采用过氧化苯甲酰-叔胺引发体系,在常温固化的基础上,引入化学反应热源(CHS),利用反应放出大量的热来提高体系放热速率加速固化反应,达到低温固化的目的。
The component contains a radical-curable UP resin (a promoter such as cobalt naphthenate and fillers), and a curing agent for UP resin (such as methyl ethyl ketone peroxide). They are cured only at room temperature. In older to cure them at lower temperature, a chemical heat source (CHS) is included in the system. The CHS produces heat and accelerate the curing reaction at lower temperature.
