摘要 海底石油管道出现损坏时,在维修过程中需要将管道切断,采用常用的水下切割方法很难完成切割工作,文中提出了水下金刚石绳锯机切割技术.介绍了水下金刚石绳锯机的组成和工作原理;分析了绳锯机的主要部件的工作过程;计算和确定了绳锯机的液压系统的动力参数.对海底石油管道进行了切割试验,得到了绳锯机的切削工艺参数之间的关系.通过测试和监控系统可以测量出绳锯机串珠绳的张力和径向切割位移,根据测量的数据调整切割参数和控制整个切割过程. Specialized pipe cutting technology is required to repair damaged seabed oil and gas pipelines because common underwater cutting methods have difficulty working. Proposed is an underwater diamond wire saw for cutting seabed pipelines. Included is an introduction of the wire saw's structure and working mechanisms. Analysis was done on key parts, as well as computations to determine kinetic parameters of the wire saw's hydraulic system. Through experiments involving the diamond wire saw cutting a seabed pipeline, the relations of the wire saw's cutting technological parameters was obtained. By testing and monitoring the system, the diamond string bead wires" tensile force and radial cutting displacement can be measured. According to the data, the cutting parameters can be adjusted, and the whole cutting process can be controlled.
