某医学院562名临床实习阶段学生需求状况调查

Investigation on Necessity of 562 Medical Students in Clinical Practice in a Medical College

目的了解临床实习阶段医学生的需求状况及影响因素,为有针对性地进行临床实习指导与教育提供依据。方法采用大学生需求调查问卷(UNI)和医学生学习生活状况调查表,对562名临床实习阶段医学生进行团体施测。结果临床实习阶段医学生需求程度最高的是择业需求(3.62±0.86)分;自我认识需求因子得分最高,为(3.90±1.03)分。女生的学习需求和择业需求显著高于男生(P<0.05)。临床实习阶段医学生的需求与学习的主要目的、面对压力的态度、人际交往状况、英语水平和对就业的考虑程度有关。结论根据临床实习阶段医学生的需求特点开展择业心理健康教育和自我意识辅导很有必要。

Objective To study necessity of medical students in clinical practice and the related influencing factors, and to provide evidence for the guidance of clinical practice. Methods A total of 562 medical students in clinical practice were investigated by using the university necessity inventory （ UNI） and the questionnaire. Results The highest score were found in job hunting necessity （3.62±0.86） and the serf-cognition （3.90±1.03）. Females got significantly higher score than males on the factors of study necessity and job hunting necessity （P〈0.05）. Medical students＇ necessity＇ was related to study aim, attitude of coping with pressure, interpersonal relation, English level and job consideration during clinical practice. Conchusion It is necessary. to carry, out the mental health education about job hunting and serf-cognition.
